No other weight loss coach prioritises ease, joy...and cake!

Hi, my name’s Zena.

I’m an NLP Practitioner, trainee Life Coach, mum to two small humans and former Lifelong Dieter.

(I’m also the 2009 Ultimate Buddy Holly Fan. But that’s a story for another day!)

I help people shift their mindset so they can lose weight the easy way and keep it off for life. 

After 30 years of overeating, binge eating and emotional eating, I realised the only way to make weight loss effective and sustainable was to make it easy and enjoyable. Seems like an oxymoron, doesn’t it? But believe me, it is possible. 

I’ve done all the diets and, in a former life, have been relentlessly consumed by thoughts of food, negative self-talk and self-loathing. 

The problem is I love food. Cake in particular. It brings me genuine joy and undeniable pleasure. But I also want to be slim. 

I thought this was a problem I was never going to solve. But in 2021, I began experimenting with intermittent fasting (IF). I had tried IF before, but had found it hard work, unenjoyable and largely ineffective.  This time, it was different. This time I combined it with my own, unique coaching and NLP techniques, and the weight started consistently and effortlessly falling off me.

I smashed my weight loss goal of 15lbs and within four months I’d lost a total of 35lbs. I went from feeling frumpy, lethargic and unattractive to feeling ‘alive’, energised and vibrant.

I still eat cake. Every. Single. Day.
