Weight Loss starts in the mind

Our beliefs influence our habits and behaviour, so it is almost impossible to make permanent changes without examining our beliefs first. And so that’s where we begin.

In this programme, I’ll teach you my personally developed mindset techniques to help you reprogram your subconscious mind in a way that fully supports your weight loss goals. By combining these techniques with intermittent fasting, weight loss becomes not only quick and consistent, but also effortless.

On top of that, my practical tips for managing hunger makes fasting so easy you won’t even know you’re doing it. You won’t feel hungry or deprived. You’ll just be able to eat what you want, when you want, without guilt or regret.

Frequently Asked Questions

The answer to this question will depend on your weight loss goals, preferences and condition.

If your primary goal in joining a weight loss programme is to improve your diet or to get fitter and stronger, then Effortless Weight Loss is not the most appropriate choice for you. In such cases, I would recommend you seek support from a Nutritionist, Dietician or Personal Trainer.

If your primary goal is to lose way in a quick, easy and sustainable way, then Effortless Weight Loss may well be a good choice for you. It is especially suitable to people who enjoy their food and want to keep on enjoying it without having to change their diet.

Since intermittent fasting is a core part of the programme, you will need to be prepared to fast fairly consistently.

Fasting is not suitable for women who are pregnant, for those with chronic heart or renal issues, or difficult-to-control diabetes. It should also be avoided by those who have a history of a disordered relationship with food, such as anorexia or bulimia.

If you have any chronic health conditions or concerns, please talk to a healthcare provider before joining this programme.

You will be required to attend the initial online workshop live.

You will need to be able to commit to consistent (but not strict) fasting for the duration of the programme, and beyond.

Aside from that, you will not be required to eat any particular diet or do any kind of exercise.

All of your sessions are delivered live on Zoom at 9am on a Saturday morning. Come as you are. Dressing gown and slippers welcome!

6 months should be long enough to properly embed your learning, but I am working on developing a longer term membership to Effortless Weight Loss.
